The biggest upset of the week belonged to Fredonia, who took down 91st ranked Fredonia, 27-10.
Akron moved up to 213 from 278 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Section 6 C - North. The Tigers were able to make the jump by beating the Hillbillies 27-10.
Brandon Thomas was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 23 carries, he ran for 145 yards as Cleveland Hill beat Amherst Central. Teammate Jonathan Thomas added to the ground attack by rushing for 108 yards.
Watkins was the best wideout in the league this week as the Eagles bested the Tigers. Watkins tallied two receptions for 51 yards.
Chris Reid made the biggest impact on defense this week as Wilson topped Newfane. The 5-foot-7 senior pulled down one interception.
Nick Anderson put up the best numbers through the air as Kennedy defeated Gowanda. He finished with four completions for 68 yards and one touchdown. Anderson's favorite target this week was Joey Burkowski, who caught two passes for 46 yards.
Thanks to the talents of Tim Walch and Justin Slango the Lakemen have been able to do all sorts of things on offense. Walch leads the league in passing with 640 yards, while Slango has rushed for 763 yards this season. Cleveland Hill's Watkins leads the league in receiving yards with 265 on 15 catches.
The top two teams in Section 6 C - North will face off this week when first place Kennedy takes on second place Cleveland Hill. Last week, the Bears topped the Panthers, while Glen Graham's team defeated Amherst Central.

Wilson and the Panthers played the most hotly contested game in the league this week, with Wilson eventually emerging with a 12-6 victory. Slango ran for 78 yards and caught two passes for 23 yards in the win.
