Johnsonville had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They crushed Creek Bridge 42-0. The team accrued the bulk of their points in the first half (42) and coasted on those for the win. This was the first game for both teams, giving Johnsonville a 1-0 record and starting Creek Bridge off at 0-1.
Next week, Johnsonville take on Lake View at Lake View HS at 7:30 PM. As for Creek Bridge, they will face of against Mullins.
