Warrenton entered their tilt with Valley Catholic on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They skirted past the Valiants 9-7. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The team relied heavily on Lucy Smith, who went 3-for-4 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. Natalie Davis was another key player, going 2-for-4 with three RBI and two runs.

Warrenton's record is now 5-8-1. As for Valley Catholic, they now have a losing record of 5-6.

Warrenton will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Valiants: the pair will be back at it again later today.
