Mallard Creek is 9-1 against West Charlotte since February of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The two teams will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
West Charlotte is hoping to do what Myers Park couldn't on Tuesday: put an end to Mallard Creek's winning streak, which now stands at four games. Mallard Creek took their game with ease, bagging a 65-37 win over Myers Park. Given the Mavericks' advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 17th, while the Mustangs are ranked 304th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
