The Tuscarora Titans''s recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They took a 42-25 bruising from Magruder.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Magruder to victory, but perhaps none more so than Marcus Mccritty, who rushed for 162 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.4 yards per carry. Mccritty hasn't dropped below 100 rushing yards for four straight games. Jimmy Messer was in the mix as well, providing Magruder with two touchdowns.
Tuscarora's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Magruder, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season.
Tuscarora does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Magruder's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Urbana at 6:30 p.m. on November 10th.
