Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Johnson County). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Chuckey-Doak Black Knights 94-44. The win was some much needed relief for the Longhorns as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Johnson County's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 5-12. As for Chuckey-Doak, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Johnson County will face off against Non Varsity Opponent at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Chuckey-Doak, they will head out on the road to square off against West Greene at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
