The East Islip Redmen will head out on the road to  take on  the Northport Tigers  at 1:00  p.m.  on Saturday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
East Islip took a loss when they played away from home  two weeks ago, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed  on Friday. They came out on top against Connetquot by a score of  28-7 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Redmen just coasted through the last quarter.
Meanwhile, Northport put another one in the bag  on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat West Babylon 42-0. The  matchup marked the Tigers' most dominant  victory of the  season.
East Islip better keep an eye on  Simon Blissett. He was instrumental in Northport's win, throwing for 152 yards and three  TDs on perfect 5-for-5 passing, while also rushing for 51 yards and one  score. The dominant performance also gave  Blissett a new career-high in  passer rating (177.1).  Greyson Cabrera was another key player, picking up 103 receiving yards and a pair of  touchdowns.
 Northport's defense made their presence known, laying out the QB  four times. That dominant display was truly a team effort as four different players picked up one apiece.
