It was a good run, but The Frassati Catholic Falcons unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Friday. They were the victim of a tough 20-0 defeat at the hands of St. Andrew's. The low total for Frassati Catholic limited their streak of high-flying scores to six in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead St. Andrew's to victory, but perhaps none more so than Sam Marsh, who rushed for 52 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 43 yards and a touchdown. Another player making a difference was Adrian Peradoza ii, who rushed for 61 yards and a touchdown.
Frassati Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 7-2. As for St. Andrew's, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
Frassati Catholic will head out on the road to face off against UME Preparatory Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The timing isn't great for UME Preparatory Academy: they have been struggling with three straight losses at home, while Frassati Catholic has snatched up three consecutive wins on the road. St. Andrew's does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
