There's no place like home for the Regents Lions, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road on Wednesday. They enjoyed a cozy 45-27 win over Ridgeview Christian on Friday. That 45-27 margin sets a new team best for Regents this season.
Regents found their leader in underclassman Kaileen Harlow, who scored 25 points along with six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Esther Keppel, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds.
Regents pushed their record up to 4-4 with that victory, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Ridgeview Christian, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Regents will take on Fresta Valley Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Ridgeview Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Timberlake Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
