Paydon Rinkol Delivers Best Performance of Season
Twin River was led to victory by Paydon Rinkol, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Rinkol rushed for 289 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 18.1 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. That high mark didn't come from nowhere: he has now rushed for 146 or more in the last eight games he's played dating back to last season.
Unfortunately for Madison, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Rinkol. Rinkol rushed for 257 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 11.2 yards per carry, and also picked up 35 receiving yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Dragons duked it out back in October of 2023.

Cameron Hlavac Turns in Another Game with at Least Two Rushing Touchdowns
On Friday, David City got the W thanks in part to Cameron Hlavac playing the best football he has all season. Hlavac wasn't messing around, rushing for 78 yards and four touchdowns on only nine carries, while also throwing for 181 yards and four touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes. The game was his third straight with two or more rushing touchdowns.
The win for David City keeps them at an undefeated 7-0. Hlavac's next match is against Clarkson/Leigh on Friday, where he'll look to repeat that solid performance.
