The Prattville Lions will wrap up 2023 with a road trip to face off against the Scottsboro Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Prattville is hoping to put an end to a 13-game streak of away losses dating back to last season.
Last Thursday, Prattville might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting JAG an easy 72-50 victory. While losing is never fun, Prattville can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 291st, while JAG is ranked 22nd).
Meanwhile, Scottsboro was beaten by Baker 82-53 on Friday.
Prattville has been struggling recently, as they've lost 12 of their last 14 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-16 record this season. As for Scottsboro, their loss dropped their record down to 6-5.
