Abundant Life Academy scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They walked away with a 40-30 victory over Parsippany Christian. This was a revenge match for Abundant Life Academy, as the team was forced to settle for a 17-7 loss when these two played last Thursday.
Abundant Life Academy found their leader in underclassman Analissa Bravo, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Bravo has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jailee Rodriguez, who scored 13 points along with two steals.
Abundant Life Academy's victory ended a seven-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-10. As for Parsippany Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
Abundant Life Academy will head out on the road to face off against the at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Parsippany Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
