Fair Grove had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 24.5 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Thursday. They strolled past the Marshfield Bluejays with points to spare, taking the game 42-26. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked sixth, while the Bluejays are ranked 50th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Fair Grove's victory was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31 points. As for Marshfield, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-4.

Fair Grove will head out to square off against El Dorado Springs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Marshfield, they will host Waynesville at 6:15 p.m. on Monday.
