The Kew Forest Jaguars's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their fourth straight loss. They were outmatched by Knox at home and fell 63-20. Kew Forest has struggled against Knox recently, as their matchup on Monday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Several Jaguars players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Joshua Paz, who scored eight points. Paz scored a full 40% of Kew Forest's points, the fourth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Agustin Perez, who scored six points.
Kew Forest's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Knox, the victory (which was their third in a row dating back to last season) raised their record to 1-0.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Luther the next time they take the court. Knox will host Luther at 4:00 a.m. on Monday, while Kew Forest will host them at 4:00 a.m. on January 11, 2024.
