Connor Timmerman turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than two earned runs surrendered on Tuesday. He struck out 17 batters over eight innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off one hit. He was up against Holly Pond and has quite the history against that squad, as he also had a great game the last time he faced them back in February of 2024. Those 17 strikeouts gave Timmerman a new career-high.
