Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Southwest). They came out on top against the Marionville Comets by a score of 64-57 on Friday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Trojans as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

The win got Southwest back to even at 3-3. As for Marionville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Southwest will take on Galena in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Marionville and Clever will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
