Bible Baptist Christian can attribute much of their success to Alyssa Deloach, who scored 15 points. That makes it two consecutive games in which Deloach has scored at least 25% of Bible Baptist Christian's points. Brandi Ader was another key contributor, scoring 8 points.
Despite the defeat, Faith Christian Academy had strong showings from Sara Morgan Sapp, who scored 7 points, and Taya Redd, who scored 6 points. Redd scored a full 35.3% of Faith Christian Academy's points, the second time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
The victory got Bible Baptist Christian back to even at 1-1. As for Faith Christian Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Bible Baptist Christian will be playing at home against Southside Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Faith Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Screven Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
