Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but unfortunately for the Odyssey Institute Minotaur, they weren't the ones who walked away with it. They and the Golden Eagles finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw. The result kept Odyssey Institute happy, as they haven't lost a game since January 16th.
They avoided a loss thanks to
Gavin Morales and
Colton Fields, who posted both of Odyssey Institute's goals. The pair have combined for a total of ten so far this season.
Odyssey Institute's draw makes their record 8-4-4 on the season. Meanwhile, Bourgade Catholic's record is now 6-5-4.
Odyssey Institute will head out on the road to face off against Thatcher at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Thatcher has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 28 goals over their last three contests. Bourgade Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
