Jacobs Jr Came Up Big in Chiles' 42-0 Victory
Thanks in part to Taylor Jacobs Jr, Chiles said goodbye to their five-game losing streak. North Bay Haven Academy had no answer to Jacobs Jr on Thursday as he threw for 135 yards and four touchdowns while completing 92.9% of his passes.
Jacobs Jr and Chiles will challenge Leon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Timberwolves got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Lions, probably because Jacobs Jr had a solid game then too: he rushed for 87 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries, and also threw for 124 yards on six of 18 attempts. Can he match (or beat) that performance?
