Charles Page ended up on the wrong side of a tough 71-51 walloping at the hands of Union on Tuesday. Charles Page has struggled against Union recently, as their matchup on Tuesday was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.
Charles Page lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Kason Evans, who scored 13 points along with six rebounds. Another player making a difference was Kooper Kelly, who scored 12 points along with two steals.
Charles Page struggled to work together and finished the game with only four assists. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.
Charles Page's loss dropped their record down to 10-5. As for Union, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 14-2.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Charles Page will take on Owasso at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Owasso is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road. As for Union, they will play host again and welcome Bartlesville, where tip off is scheduled for 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Bartlesville is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.
