Basketball Recap: Perryville Finds Playoff Glory Versus Bohemia Manor

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Perryville had no problem doing just that on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Bohemia Manor Eagles 74-23. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 games by 22 points or more this season.

Perryville's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Alyssa Stanley led the charge by shooting 50% from the field en route to 21 points in addition to seven boards and four steals. That's the most points Stanley has posted since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was Zoey Graves, who had 16 points along with six steals and five rebounds.

Perryville pushed their record up to 18-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 32.2 points. As for Bohemia Manor, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 12 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-20 record this season.

Perryville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 56-53 victory against Kent County on the 5th. Bohemia Manor does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
