Alexis Emery spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered a run (which was unearned) on four hits and racked up 16 Ks. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 6.4 strikeouts per game.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wesleyan Christian Academy will take on North Raleigh Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on March 20th. As for Concord Academy, they will face off against Piedmont Community Charter at 4:00 p.m. on March 18th.
