Scranton Prep's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Wallenpaupack Area Buckhorns by a score of 5-2. For the Cavaliers, this counts as revenge for the 3-2 victory the Buckhorns walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2024.

Emma Cuck was excellent, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. Emelia Williams was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

Scranton Prep's win bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Wallenpaupack Area, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-4.

Coming up, Scranton Prep will host Delaware Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Cavaliers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Warriors have averaged an impressive 6.3 runs per game this season. As for Wallenpaupack Area, they will head out to take on West Scranton at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
