Despite the loss, Heartland still got an impressive performance from Emerysn Oswald, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds and five assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Oswald has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Katrinamarie Epp, who scored four points along with two steals.
Even though they lost, Heartland were working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.
