The Claremore Christian Warriors will head out on the road to face off against the Riverfield Country Day Ravens at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Claremore Christian will be strutting in after a victory while Riverfield Country Day will be coming in after a loss.
Last Friday, Claremore Christian was able to grind out a solid victory over Wright Christian, taking the game 40-32. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Claremore Christian.
It was another big night for Addey Abott, who scored 17 points along with 7 assists and 3 blocks. The matchup was her third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Alayna Brown, who scored 7 points.
Meanwhile, Riverfield Country Day's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They took a 37-31 hit to the loss column at the hands of Tournament Opponent.
Claremore Christian's victory lifted them to 2-2 while Wright Christian's loss dropped them down to 2-4.
Everything came up roses for Claremore Christian against Riverfield Country Day in their previous meeting back in January of 2020 as the team secured a 60-32 victory.
