Douglas entered their tilt with North Bend on Wednesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Bulldogs 11-3. The Trojans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matches by eight runs or more this season.

Douglas pushed their record up to 5-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for North Bend, their loss dropped their record down to 2-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Douglas will take on Coquille at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Bend, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against South Umpqua at 4:00 p.m.
