Volleyball Recap: Union County Has No Trouble Against Kendrick

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Union County had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Kendrick Cherokees. The Panthers not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 15th (when they won 3-0).

Reese Jones paced Union County's offense, picking up ten kills. Jones got some help from Kamryn Brown and her 26 assists. Emry Sosensky and Jordan Beavers kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with five aces apiece.

Union County's win bumped their record up to 26-15. As for Kendrick, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-6.

Union County wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Morgan County on the 18th. Kendrick does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
