Basketball Recap: Cony Snaps Four-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

After losing to Mt. Ararat the last time they met, Cony decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Cony Rams walked away with a 64-55 victory over the Mt. Ararat Eagles on Friday.

Cony's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-6. As for Mt. Ararat, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cony will face off against Nokomis at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mt. Ararat, they will take on Brunswick at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
