Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Foothill Tech walked away with it. Everything went their way against the Coastal Christian Conquerors on Wednesday as they made off with a 65-40 win. The Dragons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matchups by 22 points or more this season.
Nick Turner was his usual excellent self, going 7-for-12 en route to 24 points and six assists. That's the most assists he has posted since back in November of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Brody Baker, who went 5-for-8 to rack up 10 points.
Foothill Tech is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-14 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.5 points over those games.
