 Meanwhile, Marion didn't have too much trouble with South Florence  on Saturday as they won  64-47. The  victory was all the more spectacular given the Swamp Foxes' disadvantage  in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings  (they are ranked 142nd, while the Bruins are ranked 29th).
 Manning pushed their record up to 9-2 with the  win, which was their sixth straight  at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 60.2 points per game. As for Marion, their victory bumped their record up to 6-10.
