Parry McCluer extended their winning streak to four on Tuesday, bumping them up to 8-10. Everything went their way against the Narrows Green Waves as they made off with a 16-6 win. The result was nothing new for the Yosemite Sam, who have now won seven contests by six runs or more so far this season.

As for Narrows, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-14. Surprisingly, this marked the third straight game in which the away team has come away the victor in this series.

For Narrows' part, Holly Gilbert put in work while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out nine batters over 5.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and 14 unearned) runs off six hits. Gilbert was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

In other batting news, Alissa Price was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two triples, two runs, and two RBI. Those triples were her first of the season. Kadence Hughes was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and one RBI.

Parry McCluer didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 23-1 defeat against Eastern Montgomery on the 20th. As for Narrows, they have also already played their next matchup, a 5-4 victory against Highland on the 20th.
