Basketball Recap: Kennedy Piles Up the Points Against Information Tech

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kennedy). They breezed by Information Tech to the tune of 74-15 on Tuesday. Given Kennedy's advantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 187th, while Information Tech is ranked 391st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Kennedy has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 5-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.8 points per game. As for Information Tech, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.

Kennedy will be playing in front of their home fans against Aviation at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Information Tech, they will take on Careers in Television & Film at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Careers in Television & Film has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
