Jenna Carlson put up the most rebounds she's had since back in January on Friday. She posted eight points in addition to 16 rebounds and four steals. Thanks to that strong showing, she's now averaging 8.1 boards per game. She has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last six times she's played.

Carlson and Metrolina Christian Academy will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Hickory Grove Christian at 5:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
