Duncan Thetga looked comfortable as he struck out seven batters over four innings while giving up four earned runs off four hits. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in April of 2024.
On the hitting side, Brady Flynn and Nick Grazul did most of the damage at the plate: Flynn scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances, while Grazul went 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Brendan Cooke, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3.
