The Tolman Tigers  took care of business in their home opener  on Thursday. They came out on top against Central Falls by a score of  57-50. That's another feather in the cap for Tolman, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
 Tolman can attribute much of their success to  Isiah Gois, who  dropped  a double-double on 15 points and 16  rebounds.  Alex Alvarez was another key contributor,  scoring nine points along with nine  rebounds.
 Despite the loss, Central Falls still got an impressive performance from   Moises Maldonado, who  dropped  a double-double on 24 points and 11  rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of  Julian Ortiz, who  scored 14 points.
 Tolman's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Central Falls, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tolman will take on St. Raphael Academy at 7:45  p.m.  on Saturday. As for Central Falls, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Shea at 4:15  p.m.  on Saturday.
