Landon Melton continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 122 yards and one TD on only nine carries, while also throwing for 168 yards on 14 of 22 attempts. A healthy portion of Melton's aerial production (97 yards to be exact) went to Micheal Young.
They were just one part of a punishing run game: Jordan was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 344 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in November of 2024.
Jordan's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB 4.5 times. Leading the way was Xavier Perkins with two sacks.
Meanwhile, Green Level came up short against Apex on Friday, falling 38-15.
Green Level's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Jordan, their victory bumped their record up to 8-0.
