Riglee Peterson made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out nine batters over seven innings while giving up four earned (and one unearned) runs off ten hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 20 consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 4-for-4 with four stolen bases, three runs, and one double. That's the most stolen bases she has posted since back in March.
In other batting news, Aubrey Shulz was incredible, going 2-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Sarah Toone, who went 1-for-4 with four RBI, one run, and one double.
