Walt Whitman was dealt a 42-10 loss at the hands of Sachem North on Friday. Having soared to a lofty 48 points in the game before, Walt Whitman couldn't push the score so high this time.
Walt Whitman has been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season. As for Sachem North, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-2.
Walt Whitman does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Sachem North will square off against Ward Melville at TBD on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in New York (Ward Melville is ranked 107th, while Sachem North is ranked 97th).
