It was another big night for Myana Fore, who scored 29 points along with seven rebounds and seven steals for Westminster Catawba Christian. That makes it nine consecutive games in which Fore has scored at least a third of Westminster Catawba Christian's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Leah Ross, who scored 16 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Metrolina Christian Academy has not been sharp recently as the team's lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season. As for Westminster Catawba Christian, they pushed their record up to 19-9 with that victory, which was their fifth straight at home.
Metrolina Christian Academy will head out on the road to take on Greater Cabarrus S at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Westminster Catawba Christian, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on Hickory Grove Christian at 5:30 p.m. on February 8th. Hopefully Hickory Grove Christian focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 21 last Friday.
