George Walton Academy has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matches by 20 points or more this season.
George Walton Academy was led to victory by Libby Root and Ashley Hill. Root scored 16 points along with two blocks, while Hill scored 21 points along with nine rebounds and two steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which Hill has scored at least a third of George Walton Academy's points. Leila Mathis was another key contributor, scoring six points.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Loganville Christian Academy struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only three offensive rebounds. That's the fewest offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
George Walton Academy pushed their record up to 13-1 with that win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.0 points per game. As for Loganville Christian Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-8.
