Yolo Salas' Rushing Yards a New Career-High
Starting off the list is Liberty Bell's Yolo Salas, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. On Friday Salas rushed for 191 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
The victory was the fourth in a row for Liberty Bell, bringing their record for this year to 5-1. Salas and Liberty Bell will face off against Brewster at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Big Game from Teague As Manson Won 28-0
Jaxon Teague was a major factor in Manson's win over Tonasket on Friday. Tonasket had no answer to Teague as he rushed for 130 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.2 yards per carry.
Teague and Manson will host Okanogan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Teague will face off against David Huffstetler, the Bulldogs' star running back. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.

A Season-Best Effort from Baker Smith Leads Liberty Bell over Lake Roosevelt
Baker Smith posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 61 yards and a touchdown, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He didn't just play on offense: he also made six total tackles (1.0 for loss) and defended two passes.
This season, Smith has run in those 1 touchdown while averaging 12.5 rushing yards per game.

Alejandre Posts Huge Game in 57-6 Loss

Okanogan Wins 20th-Straight Thanks to Carter Kuchenbuch
Okanogan picked up their 20th consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Carter Kuchenbuch. Kuchenbuch did his part (and then some), rushing for 55 yards and a touchdown, while also throwing for 46 yards and two touchdowns for the 'W'. He showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 55 yards.
Kuchenbuch might have his next game, a road matchup with Manson, circled on his calendar. When Kuchenbuch last faced the Trojans back in October of 2023, he rushed for 97 yards and three touchdowns on only seven carries.
