Pisgah barely beat Pelahatchie the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Dragons blew past the Chiefs 8-0 on Tuesday. Considering the Dragons have won 13 games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Pisgah is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Pelahatchie, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-17.

Coming up, Pelahatchie will take on Raymond at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Rangers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11.79 runs per game on average), something the Chiefs will no doubt try to take advantage of. Pisgah will be paying especially close attention to Pelahatchie's contest: after Pelahatchie faces off against Raymond, they'll take on Pisgah again at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
