It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Tocoi Creek Toros had no problem doing just that on Monday. They strolled past the Saints with points to spare, taking the game 46-28. The win was familiar territory for Tocoi Creek who now have four in a row.
Tocoi Creek found their leader in underclassman Audrey Beyer, who scored 21 points along with six rebounds and three blocks. Beyer is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last ten games she's played. Mckenzie Mabry was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with five steals and two blocks.
Despite the loss, Sandalwood saw an underclassman step up: Eva George scored nine points along with six rebounds and two steals.

Tocoi Creek will take on Mandarin at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Hopefully Tocoi Creek focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 21 on Monday. Sandalwood does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
