The biggest upset of the week belonged to Prairie View, who took down 141st ranked Prairie View, 27-16.
Iola moved up to 155 from 186 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Pioneer. The Mustangs were able to make the jump by beating the Buffaloes 27-16.
Wellsville's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Shane Hillman threw for six yards and William Jackson had six yards receiving. On the ground Hillman chipped in 218 yards.
Osawatomie's Austin Chisam and Jake Allen have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Chisam has thrown for 151 yards this season, while Allen has four catches for 75 yards. Hillman from the Eagles leads the league in rushing with 465 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Central Heights takes on Iola. The Vikings are in third place, while Doug Kerr's team is in first place.
The Mustangs made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 9,484 from 11,681. The improvement was the result of 27-16 victory over Prairie View last week.
