Paradise's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Aaron Davis led the charge by scoring 16 points along with six rebounds and five assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Chase Voigt, who scored 17 points along with seven rebounds and five steals.
Harjot Kular and T.J. Ehrke certainly did their best on Friday to try and avoid the loss. Kular scored 16 points, while Ehrke scored ten points. The game was Kular's 13th in a row with at least ten points.
Paradise's win bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Live Oak, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.
Paradise will head out on the road to face off against Pierce at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in California (Pierce is ranked 1168th, while Paradise is ranked 1143rd). As for Live Oak, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Durham at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Durham is coming into the match hot, having won their last six games.
