Jazmier Boyland was another key player, putting up nine points and five rebounds.
Even though they lost, McLane smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in five consecutive games.
Meanwhile, Immanuel was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Wednesday as they fell 43-37 to Central Valley Christian. The match marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: McLane has been crashing the boards this season, having averaged 33.7 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Immanuel struggles in that department as they've been averaging 31.1 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
McLane didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Immanuel in their previous matchup back in December of 2021, but they still walked away with an 80-76 victory. Does McLane have another victory up their sleeve, or will Immanuel turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
