The Red Springs Red Devils won the last time they faced the Clinton Dark Horses, and things went their way  on Friday too. Red Springs blew past the Dark Horses, posting a  58-31 victory on the road. The  victory made it back-to-back wins for Red Springs.
  Kaedon Porter was  his usual excellent self,  scoring 30 points along with eight  rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points  he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Makhi Arthur, who  dropped  a double-double on 12 points and 11  steals.
 Clinton lost  despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being   Gregory Coxum, who  scored four points along with five  rebounds.
 Red Springs' victory bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Clinton, they are  on a three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 6-5.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Red Springs will take on the Golden Tornadoes at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Fairmont presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Red Devils in North Carolina (the Golden Tornadoes are ranked 144th, while the Red Devils are ranked 374th). As for Clinton, they will be playing at home against the Raiders at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Midway is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.
