Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lincoln Northeast). They were the clear victors by a 6-1 margin over the Omaha North Vikings on Saturday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Lincoln Northeast as it put an end to their 12-game losing streak.

Lincoln Northeast's win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 2-13. As for Omaha North, their loss dropped their record down to 6-11.

As of now, neither Lincoln Northeast nor the Vikings have any future games scheduled.
