Pueblo County's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-2. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Pueblo South, their win bumped their record up to 14-5.
Pueblo County came out on top in a nail-biter against Pueblo South in their previous meeting back in April, sneaking past 5-4. Will the Hornets repeat their success, or do the Colts have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
