Koen McGill and Jake Card were among the main playmakers for Eldred as the former threw for 147 yards and four TDs on perfect 5-for-5 passing and the latter rushed for 74 yards and a pair of scores. The dominant performance also gave Card a new career-high in rushing touchdowns (two). Eldred's leading receiver Connor Ranaudo was McGill's top target yet again, picking up 55 receiving yards and one touchdown.
Eldred didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut McGill.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sullivan West). They blew past Livingston Manor-Roscoe Central 64-0 on Saturday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.
